How do I return my product?
Should a Chogan cosmetic product be defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
New or unused Chogan products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories, instructions and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact@fraginspiration.com (description and photos enclosed).
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Frag Inspiration website is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
